Your notes belong to you

With an account, your journal, gardens and conversations are stored in the site database and protected by sign-in. You can export your data for free and delete your account. Contributions to the library are optional and reviewed. Payment records remain without an account link after deletion.

For an AI question, text and, if you choose, a project title and goal are sent to Google Gemini. Social sign-in receives necessary identity and profile information; access to posts is not requested. Email reminders are optional.

Garden weather is optional. Chosen coordinates are stored in your private profile and sent, rounded, to MET Norway when you request a forecast. The location button uses browser permission to obtain the current position; verify that it matches the garden. Country and town remain fields you enter. The server reuses forecasts for at least one hour. No member name, crops, notes or journal are sent to these services.

The newsletter is optional. Its link leads to the publisher’s chosen provider, which manages sign-up, confirmation and unsubscribe. A Permah account does not subscribe you automatically. Read the form’s information before signing up. Social posts do not contain members’ private information.

The practical sheets without an account do not send your answers to the server. Notes remain in memory during your visit. If you enable storage on this device, they are saved in your browser’s local storage. You can erase them from the tools or journey. No advertising scripts or audience analytics are included.

The host may retain technical logs, including IP addresses and requests. The publisher must check their configuration and retention period with the host. A technical session protects member sign-in, administration and installation.
